From 2009 until the end of 2014, I was co-owner of Onesta Real Estate. After selling my share in Onesta Real Estate in September 2014, I independently took a different direction with the full-service real estate agency Avenir Real Estate. Home seekers often have busy jobs and little time. That's why I try to take away as many concerns and burdens as possible. The challenge for me lies in creating the ideal match between home seeker and property by taking that extra step for our clients. When it comes to selling homes, as far as I'm concerned, the same applies: through good communication and clear agreements with the seller, selling the property as quickly as possible at the best possible price. For this, I not only use my extensive network in The Hague housing market, but I also promote the properties extensively through all possible channels to gain maximum attention.

Since March 2016, Hugo has been a valuable addition to the Avenir Real Estate team. After several career moves, he has found his place at our office, where he is responsible for financial administration. Hugo ensures that everything in the office runs smoothly, allowing the real estate agents to focus completely on their work. With his careful approach and attention to detail, he contributes to an efficient and well-organized work environment.

Amber gained experience as a personal assistant and management assistant at a real estate company from 2007 to 2018, during which time she obtained her Schoevers diploma. After working with great pleasure for ten years, she took on the role of office manager at Avenir Real Estate. Amber is the first point of contact for home seekers and supports her colleagues, which makes every day fun and challenging for her. She works on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and contributes to excellent service for both home seekers and sellers.

Since 2020, Dewy has been part of the friendly team at Avenir Real Estate. After working in The Hague notary field for 16 years and completing her education as a registered notary clerk in 2009, she decided to make the transition to real estate. Dewy values the close collaboration within our team and enjoys enriching Avenir Real Estate with her legal knowledge and experience. She now represents Avenir Real Estate not only in the office but also outside the office. You may encounter her during property viewings. Her background in notary work, combined with her enthusiasm for real estate, makes her a valuable addition to our team.

Sofie Smulders started at Avenir Real Estate as an intern in February 2023, where she further developed her passion for real estate. After a successful internship period, Sofie joined the team on a part-time basis, alongside her Real Estate studies in Rotterdam. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn contribute to our dynamic team, and she supports us with fresh insights and a keen eye. Sofie's dedication and knowledge help us provide the best possible service to our customers.
